Mixed-age UGC was always a moderation problem. A new room that “just feels like the old lobby” still needs a published age rule and someone who can enforce it.

Say the audience
All-ages craft space, teen social, or adult only — pick one. A screenshot of the old rec plaza is not a policy.
Cross-device means phones in the same room as headsets. That is more surface, not less duty.
Moderation is part of the rebuild
If you cannot staff reports, do not host voice. A revenue share does not pay for itself if the room is unsafe.
