Rec Room prefabs versus custom meshes you do not have
Maker Pen prefabs were a library. Your screenshots are not FBX files. A rebuild with grey boxes is honest. A promise of the old kit is not.
Block out the room with what you can licence. Openrooms can host the layout and the name. It cannot magically import Rec Room’s prop pack.
Grey box first
If the circulation is wrong, pretty meshes will not save it. Walk the space in a browser before you commission art.
Do not steal the kit
Rec Room’s look is their IP even after a shutdown. New primitives, new names, same joke if you must.

If you still have the files and the rights, yes. Cloud inventory you never downloaded is gone.
Should we wait for a full 3D port?
