Find a creator and follow their work
Each listing links to a room page and its creator handle. Open a page to read the full description and notes. The publication date helps you judge when it appeared; visit counts, when present, reflect recent activity rather than a promise of quality or playability.
What a room page contains
A creator can publish a title, short summary, longer notes and an optional cover image under a public handle. Those details explain the project and give visitors a stable link to share. The page also shows when it was published and last updated. It does not include a verified playability or preservation-status field, so read the creator's own notes before assuming anything survived from another platform.
Publish a room of your own
Claim a handle, give the room a descriptive title, explain its purpose in the summary, and add notes that help a visitor understand what you are making. A useful description makes the page easier to discover and helps people decide whether to follow or support your work.
Create an accountMake a listing useful to visitors
Give the page a name someone can recognize and a summary that says what the project is for. Use the notes for the details a visitor needs next: who made it, what has been completed, what remains, and any links you are permitted to share. A nearly empty published page still works as a direct link, but it is not promoted in the sitemap until it contains meaningful description.
What this directory can and cannot show
Openrooms displays pages that creators have chosen to publish. A listing is not a playable world, a verified review, or a historical Rec Room archive. Creators control their descriptions and can edit or unpublish their pages. Check the room itself for the latest details.
