Support independent game creators through work they published

Creator support connects a payment with a specific creator or room page. A trustworthy flow states the amount, platform fee, creator share and refund terms before checkout, then records the result in the creator ledger.

What the payment supports

A contribution supports the creator attached to the selected public page; it does not buy ownership of the room or guarantee future development. The checkout description and receipt should make that relationship explicit.

The platform records completed support payments and exposes payout status to the creator. Failed or abandoned checkout sessions must not be counted as creator earnings.

Questions to answer before paying

Check whether the page is verified, what the creator says the contribution funds and whether the experience is archival or playable. Read the refund and fee policy rather than inferring terms from the payment button.

Frequently asked questions

Does a contribution purchase the room?

No. It is support for the identified creator unless the checkout explicitly describes a separate product or license.

When is creator income recorded?

Only after Stripe confirms a completed payment through the server webhook.

Can an archived room receive support?

A published creator page can receive support when the creator and payment setup are eligible, even if the page is documentation-only.
